Finis Ankle Buoy - yellow

The Finis Ankle Buoy is an innovative training tool that secures your legs at the ankle via ergonomic keyholes, lifting your body to the surface of the water for improved hydrodynamics. Its hydrodynamic EVA foam design allows water to flow effortlessly over the buoy, minimising drag during your swim sets. By immobilising the legs, the training focus shifts entirely to arms, shoulders, and core, resulting in significant strength gains over time. The lightly textured, skin-friendly EVA foam provides a secure and comfortable fit around the ankles without chafing or irritation. It can also be used as a front-held kickboard alternative, adding versatility to your pool sessions. Available in yellow in a universal adult one-size fit, manufactured from imported materials.
