Swimming Courses for Advanced Children and Teenagers
Perfecting What You’ve Learned…
Swim Like a Fish
When swimming longer distances in deep water is no longer a challenge and children can swim safely for at least five minutes without a break, we consider them advanced swimmers.
In this course level, everything revolves around the joy of moving in the water and solid technical training. Children practice all four swimming styles – breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle, and butterfly – and additionally learn key elements of competitive swimming: starting dive, flip turn, underwater gliding, and more.
Here, technique, endurance, and strength building go hand in hand. This way, children not only improve their swimming skills but also boost their confidence and strengthen their bodies – with every lap, every stroke, and plenty of fun.
