The Polar OH1+ Optical Heart Rate Sensor combines versatility, wearing comfort and measurement accuracy in one compact device designed for ambitious swimmers and endurance athletes. Its 6-LED optical heart rate system combined with Polar's proprietary heart rate algorithm delivers precise pulse data directly from the arm or temple. Thanks to Bluetooth® LE and ANT+ 2.0, the sensor streams heart rate simultaneously to up to two devices – compatible with sports watches, fitness apps such as Polar Beat, Strava or Nike, and gym equipment. The built-in memory holds 4 MB (up to 200 hours of training data), allowing you to use the sensor completely without a smartphone and sync your data afterwards. The included swim goggle clip enables attachment directly at the temple for maximum freedom of movement in the water, while the WR30 (30 m) waterproofing makes it a reliable choice for pool and open-water swimming. The soft polyester textile armband (size M–XXL) is machine-washable and the sensor itself weighs just 5 g.
