Zoggs Matrix Hand Paddles

The Zoggs Matrix Hand Paddles are a premium swimming training aid specifically engineered to refine your stroke technique and deliver measurable improvements in the water. The aquadynamic design keeps your hand in the optimal pulling position throughout every stroke, maximising efficiency with each pull. The scooped front end precisely initiates the catch phase, while the integrated flow holes allow a natural feel of the water during training. The paddles are constructed from durable Polypropylene (PP) with a soft Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) outer edge that provides fingertip flexibility and superior comfort. Adjustable silicone tubing at the base of the hand and across the fingers ensures a secure, customisable fit for every swimmer. Available in Medium (18.5 × 13 cm) and Large (22.5 × 15 cm), the paddles can be used alone or combined with a pull buoy to focus exclusively on arm technique.

Your advantages at a glance
